PureGym never issued the accused with a Formal Warning, temporary Suspension or apologise to me.
I was expected to switch Gyms whilst he remained at the Gym and able to train his ‘clients’ – predominantly female.
The Managers behaviour was also never investigated despite siding with the accused. This Manager had threatened to block my pin, stated that he would laugh at me in court, and made a completely false statement that he supplied and was excepted by PureGym despite it referring to a completely different named woman.

Through thick and thin

The accused provided an easily refuted defence. In his statements I was described as having an ‘attitude’ and went ‘off the handle’.
I proved with supporting evidence that every part of his statement and submissions were lies.

And yet PureGym have stood by him throughout, they never wished to negotiate or take my proof seriously.

Loss

I am a professional Body builder.  This is a career pathway that requires dedication, training, mental and physical strength as well as focus on an uninterrupted routine.  PureGym have put me through unnecessary trauma and hardship. This has not only taken a toll on my mental health, but also my physical training an potential sponsorship and competition enlisting.
